Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using an AsliTech website, account, application, software product, API, hosted service, demonstration, or related feature that links to these Terms of Service (“Services”), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use a Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet any minimum age required in your location. Services intended for businesses or organizations may only be used by authorized representatives. Additional eligibility, geographic, technical, or account requirements may apply to a particular Service.

3. Services and separate agreements

AsliTech provides technology services that may include custom software, mobile applications, websites, e-commerce systems, digital marketing and SEO support, consultancy, integrations, hosting-related services, maintenance, and technical support.

A proposal, statement of work, order form, license, subscription plan, service-level agreement, data processing agreement, or other signed contract may contain additional terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the relevant engagement.

Descriptions, demonstrations, roadmaps, and estimates are informational unless expressly included in a signed agreement.

4. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for protecting credentials, devices, API keys, activation codes, and authentication methods.
• You must notify us promptly of suspected compromise or unauthorized access.
• We may require identity, organization, email, telephone, or domain verification.
• We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or data.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, facilitate fraud, harassment, exploitation, abuse, or deceptive practices.
• Upload or distribute malware, malicious code, unlawful content, or material you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, probe vulnerabilities without written authorization, disrupt availability, or overload systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, defeat licensing controls, or copy protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate notice.
• Use automated systems in a manner that imposes unreasonable load or violates documented limits.
• Misrepresent affiliation with AsliTech or use our Services to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Use the Services for high-risk activities where failure could reasonably cause death, serious injury, or major environmental damage unless AsliTech expressly agrees in writing.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with lawful authorities.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to a Service, subject to rights belonging to others. You grant AsliTech a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit, process, display, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and perform our agreement with you.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for your content and its processing. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality, backups, and any notices or consents required from individuals.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, law, platform rules, or the rights and safety of others.

7. AsliTech intellectual property

The Services, including software, code, interfaces, designs, graphics, documentation, trademarks, logos, and related materials, are owned by AsliTech or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Except for the limited right to use a Service as authorized, no rights are transferred to you.

Ownership of custom project deliverables is governed by the applicable signed agreement and payment terms. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, frameworks, know-how, open-source software, and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licenses.

You may provide feedback. Unless otherwise agreed, AsliTech may use feedback without restriction or payment, provided it does not publicly identify you without permission.

8. Third-party services and integrations

Services may connect to Google, Meta/Facebook, app stores, payment providers, hosting platforms, maps, communications services, social networks, or other third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. AsliTech is not responsible for third-party availability, actions, security, content, or changes.

You authorize AsliTech to exchange data with a connected service as necessary to perform the integration you request. You are responsible for maintaining any required third-party account, permissions, and compliance.

9. Fees, taxes, renewals, and refunds

Fees, currency, billing schedule, taxes, milestones, subscription periods, renewal terms, and refund conditions are stated in the applicable order, proposal, invoice, plan, or signed agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has been performed, resources have been reserved, a digital service has been activated, or a billing period has begun.

Late or failed payments may result in service restriction or suspension. You are responsible for applicable taxes except taxes based on AsliTech’s net income.

10. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. The receiving party will use it only for the relationship, protect it with reasonable care, and disclose it only to personnel or service providers who need it and are bound by appropriate obligations. This does not apply to information that is public without breach, independently developed, lawfully received without restriction, or required to be disclosed by law.

A separate nondisclosure agreement or signed contract may impose additional obligations.

11. Privacy and data protection

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Data deletion requests are described in the User Data Deletion Instructions. For client-controlled systems, the client may be the primary party responsible for privacy requests.

12. Changes, availability, and support

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a signed service-level agreement states otherwise. Maintenance, emergencies, internet failures, third-party outages, security events, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

Support scope and response targets depend on the applicable plan or agreement.

13. Disclaimers

AsliTech does not guarantee specific business, revenue, ranking, audience, approval, app-store, advertising, or regulatory outcomes. You remain responsible for business decisions, legal compliance, content, and use of outputs.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsliTech and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, anticipated savings, or data; or interruption arising from the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, AsliTech’s aggregate liability arising from a Service will not exceed the amount you paid to AsliTech for that Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 10,000 if no amount was paid, unless a signed agreement states a different limit or applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AsliTech and its personnel from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from AsliTech’s own unlawful conduct.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using a Service and may request account closure subject to contractual obligations. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, repeated infringement, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive—including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive. Data handling after termination is governed by the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless a signed agreement provides otherwise, courts of competent jurisdiction in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written notice and discussion for at least 30 days, unless urgent injunctive relief is reasonably required.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Services, law, security, or business practices. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated through a Service or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
